AlUla, is an area of outstanding natural and historical significance in North-West Saudi Arabia. Situated along the historic incense route, AlUla is well on its way to becoming one of the world’s premier destinations for nature, culture and heritage. The city is home to Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. In total, AlUla has 15 cultural assets, 100+ international airports within 3 hours flight, and an average temperature of 25°C.

With its impressive clean power and potable water capacity, sustainability is firmly at the city’s core. In addition, the city will have 9km of regenerated cultural oases, over 10mn square meters of public and green spaces, and a 46km low-carbon tramway.

The SAR 57 billion (USD15 billion) AlUla Journey Through Time Masterplan delivers strong business opportunities through sustainable investment. The plan aims to deliver 38,000 new jobs, 9,000+ hospitality keys, and contribute SAR 120Bn to the Kingdom’s GDP.
