Prince Turki bin Talal Sponsors the Signing of the Construction Contract for "The Point" Project in Abha

‘His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Aseer Region, sponsored the signing of the main construction contract for "The Point", a SAR 1 billion mixed-use tourism and entertainment destination in Abha. The project is being developed under the Aseer Development Authority, in partnership with TDF, Red Sea Markets Real Estate Investment Company, and Banque Saudi Fransi.

Spanning 75,000 sqm, "The Point" will feature retail stores, restaurants, cafés, a cinema, green landscapes, and Hilton’s first-ever presence in Aseer. Expected to open in Q4 2027, the project aims to boost tourism, retail, and entertainment sectors while creating over 2,000 jobs.

TDF CEO Qusai Al-Fakhri reaffirmed the Fund’s commitment to sustainable tourism development, highlighting that TDF has supported over 15 tourism projects in Aseer, valued at SAR 2.6 billion.
