Tourism Development Fund Participates in Momentum 2025 to Strengthen Investment in Saudi Arabia’s Tourism Ecosystem

The Tourism Development Fund (TDF), Saudi Arabia’s national enabler of the tourism sector, announced its participation as “Hosting Partner” at the Momentum 2025 Development Finance Conference, organized by the National Development Fund (NDF) from 9 to 11 December 2025 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.

Momentum 2025 will bring together development funds and banks operating under the NDF umbrella, along with global leaders in development finance, policymakers, investors, and experts from around the world, to explore the future of development financing and discuss strategic partnerships that advance high-potential sectors.

TDF’s participation reflects its role in attracting capital and stimulating investment in sustainable tourism projects across Saudi Arabia, and in strengthening integration with the national financing ecosystem. The Fund seeks to transform promising opportunities into development projects that generate economic and social impact across Saudi Arabia’s destinations and communities.

On this occasion, Mr. Qusai Al-Fakhri, CEO of the Tourism Development Fund, said:

During Momentum 2025, TDF will highlight its financing solutions and non-financial enablement programs delivered through TDF Grow, the Fund’s non-financial arm. These programs aim to empower MSMEs and build the capabilities of entrepreneurs, contributing to a broader investment base and supporting the development of tourism destinations across the Kingdom.

The hosting of Momentum 2025 reflects the NDF’s role as a primary catalyst for national development and as a strategic driver of the Kingdom’s development financing landscape through the 12 development funds and banks under its umbrella. The conference supports unified efforts, enhances development impact, and contributes to long-term growth and the empowerment of vital sectors to achieve national and global development objectives.

Through its global platform, Momentum 2025 also promotes collaboration between national development funds and banks, international development finance institutions, and leaders from the public and private sectors. The conference aims to support optimal resource utilization while advancing efforts toward achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
