About The Program

The Olou program is an on-the-job training initiative aimed at supporting young, recently graduated talents by building their capabilities through diverse tasks and training pathways that keep pace with the rapid developments in the local and global tourism market. The program seeks to attract graduates from universities worldwide in specialties aligned with the fund’s plans, to create an appealing tourism environment that enriches the visitor experience in the Kingdom.

Program Conditions

The applicant must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a locally or internationally accredited university

The applicant must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5.00 or 3.00 out of 4.00, or equivalent

The applicant’s practical experience must not exceed one year

The applicant must achieve a score of at least 5.5 on the IELTS or its equivalent on the TOEFL, with a copy of the test result certificate provided

Degree equivalency is required for qualifications issued outside the Kingdom

A copy of the graduation certificate must be submitted

Those who graduated from international universities are exempt from the English language test requirement
